When OptimizeU officially launched for dealers last month, it was the result of months of collaboration, development, and dedication—and Kristen Randall played a key role in making it happen.
Since joining Superior in August 2023 as the company’s first-ever training coordinator, Randall has worked alongside subject matter experts, the marketing team, and Superior's leadership to build a modern, engaging learning management system from the ground up.
With 17 years of industry experience at Haver & Boecker Niagara, Randall understands the value of well-structured training. Under her leadership, OptimizeU now offers 60+ courses, with new content continuously added to ensure dealers, distributors, and producers have access to the latest product knowledge, troubleshooting insights, and sales strategies.
