How It Works

We follow a simple process to plan, execute, and deliver impactful customer site visits, ensuring a smooth, low pressure experience from scheduling to content delivery.

Dealer Initiates Connection

The dealer secures approval from the end user, leveraging your relationship to ensure a smooth introduction and initial agreement. If we call, no one answers!

Schedule & Visit Planning

This can happen before step one with or without the end user's involvement. We want to clarify goals, discuss timing onsite, and schedule a day to visit.

Safety is Our Priority

At a minimum, we will be equipped with hard hats, safety vests, steel toes, ear protection and safety glasses. We respect and comply with any site specifics.

Onsite Media Capture

During the visit, we efficiently collect agreed-upon media such as photos, videos, drone footage, and interviews, all while respecting your customer’s time.

Review & Approve Content

After the visit, we process the media and provide the customer with the opportunity to review and approve all materials before uploading and sharing publicly.

Deliver Final Content

Completed materials are shared with your customer and used in marketing channels to highlight their success. We gladly share all content with our dealers.
