Key Insights
At Diamondback Materials, a dragline excavator feeds their Portable Liberty Jaw Plant, which crushes the material in a primary role before it’s conveyed to a secondary cone at the wet plant.
Diamondback Materials integrates Superior crushers to make aggregate such as concrete sand and 1-1/8" and 3/8" rock. They process the end product through their wet plant utilize Superior's Fusion Platform systems, which have a bolted design that allows for quick repairs and modifications.
The site encompasses 800 feet of Zipline® Conveyor which carries material overland to their stacker, and then through their P400 Patriot® Cone. The overland conveyor system demonstrates efficient material handling, reducing time and labor costs associated with transportation.
