Georgia Stone partnered with Superior Industries to execute a series of turnkey plant projects, including the Jefferson Quarry. Superior provided comprehensive services from site preparation to final product output, focusing on plant optimization, safety, and product versatility.

The Jefferson Quarry, a two-phase project, was designed to exceed capacity expectations and included customized solutions such as advanced crushing circuits, optimized material flow, and high-capacity stockpiling with Superior’s TeleStacker® Conveyors.

The Results

The turnkey approach at Jefferson Quarry delivered exceptional results, with the plant exceeding capacity expectations by over 100 tons per hour and serving more than one million tons annually.

The plant’s design allows for surges up to 2.5 million tons per year, ensuring long-term scalability. Georgia Stone achieved a seamless startup, efficient traffic flow, and significant reductions in material handling, all contributing to enhanced profitability and customer satisfaction.
